Further to the letter you received via the system regarding the approval of your application(s) under the A1 Call of the “Green Volunteering” Program by the Board of Directors of ONEK during its meeting No. 09/2026 on 20/10/2026, we would like to inform you of the following:
For those who have implemented their activity within the timeline of the A1 Call (01/01–30/06/2026):
Please inform the Service IMMEDIATELY of the actual implementation dates of your activity. The Service will proceed to change the deadline for your project, giving you until 07/11/2026 to submit the Final Report along with all required supporting documents through the system.
For those who have not yet implemented their activity, but still wish to do so:
Please inform the Service IMMEDIATELY of the new dates on which you wish to implement your activity, so that we can make the necessary changes.
Please note that the activity can take place no later than November 20, 2026, provided that the Final Report, along with all required supporting documents, is submitted to the system no later than December 02, 2026.
For those who have not implemented their activity and DO NOT intend to do so:
Please inform us of your decision as soon as possible and no later than Monday 26/10/2026, by sending an email to [email protected], stating your application code and activity title, so that the Service can take the necessary actions and manage the available funds.
If the above instructions and deadlines are not followed, the Service will unfortunately not be able to proceed with your grant/funding.
We recognize that the timing of the notification regarding your application results may have created difficulties in planning and implementation, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
