Instructions for submitting the request can be found below. Under the implementation date, please enter:<\/div>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<div><b data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">From:<\/b> The actual implementation date of your activity or its first start date.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">To:<\/b> 07\/10\/2026.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Following submission, the request will be examined by the Service, and you will have a deadline of 30 days, i.e., until <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"120\">06\/11\/2026<\/b>, to submit the Final Report along with all required supporting documents through the system.<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">For those who have not yet implemented their activity, but still wish to carry it out:<\/b><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div>The activity may be carried out up until <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"41\">10 November 2026<\/b>, provided that the Final Report along with the required supporting documents are submitted to the system no later than <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"177\">22 November 2026<\/b>. Prior to implementing your activity, a modification request must be submitted <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"273\">IMMEDIATELY<\/b> through the system, stating the new implementation dates. Instructions for submitting the request can be found below.<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">For those who have not implemented their activity and NO LONGER intend to do so:<\/b><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div>Please inform us as soon as possible and no later than <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"55\">Monday, 12\/10\/2026<\/b>, by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:protovoulies@onek.org.cy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protovoulies@onek.org.cy<\/a>, including your application code and the title of the activity, so that the Service can take the necessary actions and manage available funds accordingly.<\/div>\n<div>If the above instructions and deadlines are not followed, the Service will unfortunately be unable to proceed with your grant.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Instructions for submitting a modification request:<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"13\">\n<li>\n<div>Log in to your account.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Select <b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"7\">&#8220;My Applications&#8221;<\/b> (\u039f\u03b9 \u03b1\u03b9\u03c4\u03ae\u03c3\u03b5\u03b9\u03c2 \u03bc\u03bf\u03c5).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>To the right of your application, click the three dots and then select <b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"71\">&#8220;Start of Implementation&#8221;<\/b> (\u0388\u03bd\u03b1\u03c1\u03be\u03b7 \u03c5\u03bb\u03bf\u03c0\u03bf\u03af\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>From the menu on the left, select <b data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"34\">&#8220;Approved Projects&#8221;<\/b> (\u0395\u03b3\u03ba\u03b5\u03ba\u03c1\u03b9\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03b1 \u03a3\u03c7\u03ad\u03b4\u03b9\u03b1) and then <b data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"84\">&#8220;Application Management&#8221;<\/b> (\u0394\u03b9\u03b1\u03c7\u03b5\u03af\u03c1\u03b9\u03c3\u03b7 \u03b1\u03af\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Go to the field <b data-path-to-node=\"13,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"16\">&#8220;Application Modification&#8221;<\/b> (\u03a4\u03c1\u03bf\u03c0\u03bf\u03c0\u03bf\u03af\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7 \u03b1\u03af\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2) and select <b data-path-to-node=\"13,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"76\">&#8220;Enter&#8221;
